Darfield Museum Photography Exhibition 2010

The Maurice Dobson Museum at Darfield has been booked for the whole of June 2010 for the club to present an exhibition of our work.

The format will be the same as last year with each member being able to exhibit one print.

A social evening for members and friends including a BBQ can also be arranged during the exhibition. Members are asked to let David Peace know if they wish to attend and whether they prefer a midweek date or a Saturday in June.

Bearing in mind that the club weekend away in Northumberland has been proposed for 10th to 13th June 2010 a date of Tuesday 22nd June 2010 has been suggested for the BBQ. The church could also be opened for a photo shoot prior to the BBQ. Thursday 24th June 2010 is also an option however this would affect the club calendar and needs to be agreed ASAP. Also Saturday 19th or Saturday 26th June 2010 are alternative dates for the BBQ.

Members are asked to advise David Peace of their preferred date so that a booking can be made with the museum.

Tickets for the social event and BBQ are estimated at £8 to £10 but this will be confirmed at a later date.
