Club Trips

Whether it is a weekend away or a quickly arranged outing of a few members to take photos. Shafton Camera Club is active in the pursuit of encouraging our members to pick up their camera(s) and go out and take pictures. What better way of learning more about this fantastic pastime of ours than in the company of other members. A great way to learn new techniques, try out that new filter, ask some questions or just have a good time taking photos.
In this Portfolio Group we will track the ups and downs of images taken on the Camera Club outings starting late 2006 and then following through into 2008.

Castleford Footbridge Castleford Footbridge is a stunning pedestrian bridge that spans across the River Aire connecting the Northern suburbs of Castleford with the town centre. Whitby / Saltwick Bay 12th November 2006. This was a small trip of just 6 members who made the journey over the hills to Whitby and Saltwick Bay.	Salford Quays The Quays is Greater Manchester's unique waterfront destination, situated just 15 minutes by tram from Manchester city centre and an ideal destination for a day out of photography.
London Weekend Away A small group of members took the opportunity for a short weekend away trip to our nations capital London. Take a look at some of the photos they took.
